2040 Vision

One of the priorities within our 2040 vision is the development of our Amazon Hill campus so that we can provide all our students with a contemporary learning experience. Our Master Plan has a very specific focus upon our extracurricular facilities, to support students in their development outside of the classroom. We aim to ensure that these spaces and facilities fulfil the needs of both our current students, as well as our future students.

The extracurricular spaces of the performing arts centre, the sports hall, and the junior library are in need of an update. We are seeking to provide spaces which support our ethos: collaborative learning in a contemporary environment. This is essential for enabling our students to flourish and excel.

Junior School Fern Library

Phase 2.2 involves creating a space of investigation and enquiry for our younger students to support their growth and development, and to help them flourish. Development of the Fern library will allow students to immerse themselves in a variety of educational resources and broaden their horizons, through books, magazines and online resources in our brand new computer suite.

Development of the Fern Library is well underway, and is scheduled to be completed in November 2023. Get in touch with our Development Office to donate to our Fern Library fund.

Mangrove Swimming Centre

Continuing with our mission to support the development of our students outside of the classroom, we plan to build an indoor swimming centre on our Amazon Hill Campus. This will allow us to provide on-site swimming lessons to our students as part of our well-rounded physical education curriculum, and enable us to support our local community who will be able to use our pool facilities.

Orchid Centre

We are delighted to announce that Phase 1 of our Master Plan was fully completed in May 2020; this involved building a performing arts centre, the Orchid Centre. The development has since transformed our drama education, and has created an inspiring space for students to unleash their creativity and imagination since its official opening in 2020.

Mahogany Tree Sports Centre

Officially opening in February 2021, the redevelopment of Mahogany Tree Sports Hall was part of the second phase of our 2040 Vision development project. Whilst the main aim of the space was to provide a facility for indoor sporting activities, the multi-use space also functions as an exam hall and assembly venue for students. The design of the Mahogany Tree Sports Hall prioritises collaboration and flexibility.
